The present invention relates to a device and a method for extracting a plot from an airport surface detection equipment (ASDE) radar. According to the present invention, the device comprises: a division unit for diving a 360 degree area of a polar coordinate system into n (n is a natural number and greater than or equal to two) numbers of sectors; and an extraction unit for extracting a plot by processing first raw data per the sectors. The purpose of the present invention is to enhance plot extraction speed and data processing speed in an entire system.
