PURPOSE:To collect two trains of processing lines into one train, and to install an equipment in a small space and inexpensively, by providing a moving bed on which a rolling device or heat treatment device is mounted freely attachably and detachably, and making both devices possible to be arranged near the exit side of a heating device. CONSTITUTION:A moving bed 17 made movable in the axial direction of a heating device 12 by connecting it to a motor 1 is arranged near the exit side of the device 12. A rolling device 4 and a heat treatment device 3 are mounted on the bed 17 freely attachably and detachably, and a horizontal moving device 5 used for advancing and retreating the bed 17 in the direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the device 12 is installed. Then the device 4 or the device 3 is made possible to be arranged near the exit side of the device 12 by making the front-end side of the devic 5 freely attachably and detachable to the device 4 or the device 3. Thus two trains of hardening and tempering are collected into one train by arranging the devices in such a manner as mentioned above. |
