PURPOSE:To prevent a seat member from cracks and maintain a jointed part in a consistent quality, and thereby improving an operational accuracy and reliability, by employing a conical shape having a preset angle relative to an axis of a mushroom-shaped valve for a surface where a valve stock and a seat member are bonded. CONSTITUTION:A valve stock 1 is bonded either by an annular seat member 2 having a conical surface which is defined so as to make its bonded surfaces 1', 2' generally in parallel with a seat surface 3 and has a preset angle relative to an axis 5 of the valve,or by an annular seat member 2 having a conical surface which is not defined so as to make its bonded surfaces 1', 2' generally in parallel with a seat surface. In either case, a bonded surface angle is provided such that an outer end 6 of the bonded surfaces 1', 2' do not merge with a fire contacting surface 4 of the valve stock 1. In this manner, bonded surfaces 1', 2' between the seat member 2 and the valve stock 1 are constituted to form a conical surface of a preset angle; hence, a clearance between them can be automatically adjusted, and thereby preventing the seat member 2 from causing cracks and ensuring the jointed part to have a conistent quality. |
