Disclosed is a kitchen knife and scissors disinfector. The kitchen knife and scissors disinfector according to the present invention comprises: a disinfection liquid storing container formed in a cylindrical or rectangular shape, having a grip disposed on an outer surface thereof, and storing a disinfection liquid; and a disposing member including an insertion plate formed in a disc or rectangular shape to insert the disinfection liquid storing container therein and having insertion holes punched therein to insert a knife or scissors, a support coupled with the insertion plate by penetrating through a central part of the insertion plate and having a handle disposed in an upper end thereof, and a seating unit coupled with a lower end part of the support and seated on the bottom of the disinfection liquid storing container. The disposing member is inserted and seated in the disinfection liquid storing container so as to enable a knife to be sterilized and disinfected while the knife is inserted in one of the insertion holes and a disinfection liquid is stored in the disinfection liquid storing container. According to the present invention, a knife or scissors are inserted in insertion holes of a disposing member and attached to a grip of a disinfection liquid storing container, so the knife or the scissors are dipped in a disinfection liquid and can be easily sterilized and disinfected. Multiple knives or scissors can be radially disposed, so a volume of a disinfector can be reduced and multiple knives can be simultaneously disinfected. |
