According to an embodiment of the present invention, a coprecipitation reactor to manufacture a positive active material precursor for a secondary battery may comprise: a reaction chamber which has a plurality of supply parts to which a reactive material and a pH adjusting material are injected; a mixer inserted inside the reaction chamber; a driving motor which rotates the mixer; a mixing shaft which receives power from the driving motor to rotate the mixer; a first heating part which induces heat to the reactive material and the pH adjusting material from the outside of the reaction chamber; and a second heating part which induces heat to the reactive material and the pH adjusting material from the inside of the reaction chamber. The manufacturing method can easily control the size of the precursor of the positive active material used to a lithium secondary battery.
