PURPOSE:To obtain uniform and high-quality activated carbon by using an activation steam injection tube, a steam generator and a steam superheater connected with each other in series and attached to the injection tube, and electric heaters built in said generator and superheater. CONSTITUTION:The activation steam injection tube 4 is furnished with the steam generator 1 and the steam superheater 2 connected with each other in series, and electric heaters 7 are built in said steam generator 1 and steam superheater 2. The quantity of heat generation can be controlled extremely easily and accurately, and the activation steam quantity and the superheating temperature can be made uniform by this apparatus. When local control of the steam quantity and superheating temperature is necessary, it can be carried out freely by controlling the generator and the superheater of the corresponding activation steam injection tube 4. |
