PURPOSE:To enable a communication which gives the priority to an instantaneous call, by performing a switch to the instantaneous call in case an incoming request is given from another subscriber while a certain subscriber is receiving a message of a store call. CONSTITUTION:An exchange 2a connects a picture information transmission control part 2e to a terminal 1b, and a central control part 2b transmits a written message in a picture information memory 2d to the terminal 1b. Meanwhile a subscriber 3 gives an instantaneous call to a subscriber 1. Then an incoming monitor part 2f informs the incoming request of the instantaneous call to the subscriber to the part 2b. The fact that the subscriber 1 is under communication and that the corresponding call is equal to a store call is stored to a primary memory 2c. Based on these informations, the part 2b cuts off forcibly the store call by taking a pause of transmission of each page as an opportunity. Then the exchange 2a detects an on-hook of a line 1c and informs it to the part 2b. The part 2b connects the subscribers 1 and 3. |
