<p>The polishing tool is fixed to a support suspended from a carriage (5) by deformable parallelograms (15) and a threaded screw (10) regulates the level of the suspension of the support w.r.t. the bogey. The support has, upstream of the polishing tool and in the direction of displacement of the carriage, a bearing sliding or rolling on the plane surface to follow its variation in level. The polishers (7) and their drive motors (9) are mounted on the support plate (8), each parallelogram has two parallel sides (18) fixed respectively to the plate support and the carriage (5), while two parallel connecting rods (15) articulate (16,17) on the other sides.</p> |
