<p>PURPOSE:To thicken a polysilicon fuse to improve the reliability, by providing a part shared between the input signal terminal of a semiconductor integrated circuit and the input terminal of a circuit which obtains the electric power supply for data write and a control signal. CONSTITUTION:An input signal is supplied from an input terminal 11 to inverters I1 and I2. Transistor dimensions are so set that the inverter I1 of a normal input circuit 14 detects level ''0'' for the input signal of 0V and detects level ''1'' for the input signal of 5V and the inverter I2 detects level ''0'' for the input signal lower than 10V and detects level ''1'' for the input signal higher than 10V. That is, the inverter I2 detects level ''0'' when the input signal is within a normal input signal level range of 0-5V, and therefore, the polysilicon fuse is not disconnected in this case. If the input terminal 11 is set to, for example, 20V, the inverter I2 detects level ''1'' and generates a polysilicon fuse disconnection signal, and 20V is used as power for fuse disconnection, and thus, the fuse is disconnected easily.</p> |
