ADENOCARCINOMA RELATED NEW ANTIGENIC DETERMINANTS AND ANTIBODIES SPECIFIC THERETO, PROCESSES FOR THEIR PREPARATION AND REAGENT SYSTEMS PERTAINING TO THEM

A method suitable for the diagnosis of human adenocarcinomas is described. In the method, antigenic material which is related to adenocarcinomas is determined in a sample which is taken from a human patient. The material in the sample is determined by using (a) anti-K antibodies or (b) anti-P antibodies, using (a') exclusively those antigenic determinants K which are specific for adenocarcinomas, or (b') those antigenic determinants P which with the K determinants are specific for adenocarcinomas.
