PURPOSE:To inform automatically the incoming information to a monitor center and to use a subscriber telephone circuit to transmit the monitor information, by receiving automatically a call from a third party at a terminal device although the call is given in a monitor mode and then opening immediately the telephone circuit. CONSTITUTION:A terminal device 8 is provided with a terminal main body circuit part 2, a telephone 3 and a sensor 4 and installed to a building, a house, etc. as a disaster/crime preventing device. An exchange 5 is connected to the device 8 via a telephone circuit 1, and a monitor center 6 serving as a master station and an external telephone 7 which are installed at a guarding company, etc. are connected to the exchange 5. An outgoing/incoming part 20 connected the circuit 1 is provided to the circuit 2 of the device 8, and an incoming answering part 30 and a control part 10 are connected to the part 20. A control part 40 and the sensor 4 are connected to the control part 10. When a call is given from the telephone 7 while the device is under a monitor mode, the call is received automatically at the part 20. Then the circuit 1 is immediately opened to inform the incoming information to the center 6. Thus this informing action receives no effect of an incoming call given from a third party. |
