PURPOSE:To reduce the burden of the operator, by providing a counter corresponding to the type of data, discriminating to which kind the inputted information belongs, step-advancing the counter and registrating the input information together with the content of counter. CONSTITUTION:Required data is inputted from an input device 1 from a slip or the like, and stored in a register 2 once. A month/day data stored in a predetermined area is inputted to a mouth/day discrimination circuit 3 from the content of the register 2. The circuit 3 selects a counter corresponding to the preset month specially out of month counters 4-15, step-advances to the cunter, reads out the value of the counter and inputs it in a memory write circuit 16. The circuit 16 adds the value of counter to the content set to the register 2 already and stored the result to a memory. |
