FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: described is a composition for biologically active gel dressing containing a mixture containing sodium alginate and powder of natural zeolite rocks, preferably clinoptilolite-smectite, with size preferably 10-100 mcm but not less than 200 nm, mixture of natural zeolite rocks is 60-70 % of its mass, rest of powder of sodium alginate in terms of volume of composition. Invention provides higher therapeutic efficacy of formed bandage. Adaptation of size of formed bandage to sizes of wound is provided and its shape does not affect efficiency of material consumption.EFFECT: shelf life of preparation considerably increases and use of only freshly prepared material.1 cl, 6 dwg, 1 tbl |
