PURPOSE:To provide the printing system wherein the displacement of printing is eliminated and the printing arrangement of a printing letter is made accurate, constituted in such a mechanism that a printing mechanism is excited at a predetermined position during the movement of a carriage toward a movement indicated position and printing is carried out when said carriage reaches the movement indicated position. CONSTITUTION:One of the input signals of a comparator 8 is used as a positional displacement signal DPL from a differential amplifier 6 while the other thereof as a slice level signal SL obtained by smoothing a present speed signal CVS from a carriage by a smooth circuit 7. The excitation (waveform D1) of hammer operation is carried out at the meeting point (y1, y2, y3...) of the slice level signal SL obtained by smoothing the present speed signal CVS having a ripple by the smooth circuit 7 and the positional replacement signal DPL and the carriage always reaches a printing indicated position in a moment when a type is collided with a platen after a definite time T. |
