PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator control device which can alleviate a start shock at a start of the traveling of a car without using an analog load sensor, and to provide an elevator control method.SOLUTION: This elevator control device comprises a call registration part, an information detection part, and a motion control part. The call registration part registers a car call and a landing call, which are generated in an elevator. The information detection part detects a current moving direction and a moving speed of the car. The motion control part controls a motion of a lift by switching one speed response parameter which is high in a speed response but low in stability, and the other speed response parameter which is slightly inferior in a response but can perform stable control so that differences between a moving direction and a moving speed which are set for moving the car to a target floor, and the detected current moving direction and the moving speed of the car become zero.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
