PURPOSE:To prepare a mixture of MISO (fermented bean paste) and chicken liver paste, free of the characteristic undesirable taste of the liver, and having excellent tasge and flavor and high nutritive value, by mixing seasonings to the chicken liver, and liquefying and heating the mixture. CONSTITUTION:Chicken liver is mixed with MIRIN (a sweet sake used as seasoning), soy, salt, and chemical seasonings with a mixer, and the resultant liquefied product is heated in a frying pan for about 5min to obtain a pasty mixture of MISO and chicken liver. |
