PURPOSE:To obtain a PS plate free from warpage easily in good efficiency under the reduced loss ratio of a material, by a method wherein a photosensitive liquid is applied to the surface of an Al foil and a substrate sheet is laminated to the coated surface. CONSTITUTION:For example, after the surface of an Al foil 1 is polished to provide sand grain 2, according to necessity, surface treatment (treatment for chemically cleaning the surface of the foil by a weak acid liquid) and surface treatment due to a hot solution of sodium silicate and potassium silicate are carried out to form a surface treatment surface 3 and a photosensitive liquid (e.g., diphenyl.amine.4-diazonium salt) is subsequently applied to the treated surface to form a photosensitive layer 4. The obtained Al foil is laminated to a substrate sheet 5 through an adhesive layer 6 to obtain an objective PC plate 7. |
