<p>PURPOSE:To improve the operability of a titled device and to reduce the size of the device without decreasing the dispersion efficiency of a material to be treated by arranging 3 pieces of main rolls and auxiliary rolls provided in a rotary vessel of a cylindrical shape so as to rotate around the revolving shaft of the vessel. CONSTITUTION:The inside surface of a vessel 1 is formed to a cylindrical shape, and a revolving shaft 2 for driving is provided at the symmetrical axial center of the cylindrical shape. >=3 pieces of main rolls 6 in the same direction as the direction of the shaft 2 are disposed between the shaft 2 and the inside surface of the vessel, and both end prts of the rolls 6 are supported on the supporting members 7, 8 attached to the shaft 2, freely rotatably, and freely movably from the positions in contact with the inside surface of the vessel further to the inner side. Each piece of auxiliary roll 10 is held between the adjacent two rolls 6, and the rolls 10 are so disposed that the positions on the outermost sides are limited by the two rolls 6. In other words, the dispersion of the material to be treated is controlled only by controlling the number of revolutions of the shaft 2; therefore, the device is easy to operate.</p> |
