PURPOSE:To achieve a safe load hoisting work by mounting a semi-cylindrical carrier on the top of a plate member having a plurality of projections formed on the ground surface and a semi-circular arc shaped anchor plate detachably on the carrier so as to overlap at both ends thereof. CONSTITUTION:Projections 3 are formed at four corners of the ground surface of a plate member 2 on a underlying board 1 while a carrier 4 is mounted on the top of the plate member 2. The carrier 4 is made semi-cylindrical with a notch 5 formed on one side thereof and the top plate section 6 of the carrier 4 is made semi-circular arc cut on the side of the notch 5. Steps 7 and 7 are formed at both ends of a top plate section 4 and a retaining hole 8 is formed on both sides of the step 7. A step 10 is formed at both ends of a semi-circular arc shaped anchor plate 9 to be engaged with said step 7 and a retaining hole 11 is formed on both sides of the step 10. Then, a pin 12 is inserted into both the retaining holes 8 and 11 being matched with each other to mount the anchor plate 9 on the carrier 4 and a leg of an outrigger jack is inserted into a central hole defined by the top plate section 6 and the anchor plate 9. |
