PURPOSE:To continuously manufacture the long sintered body, by continuously extruding slurry prepd. by blending the powder of a raw material with an organic plasticizer in an extrusion-molding method, passing the extrusion-molded body through a far infrared heater to remove the organic substance, and then passing it through a sintering oven. CONSTITUTION:Slurry comprising the powder of a raw material and an organic plasticizer is supplied to a hopper and continuously passed as an extrusion-molded body through a drying oven by an extruder. A fan infrared heater is provided inside the drying oven, so that the organic plasticizer in the extrusion-molded body is heated, evaporated and removed. Thereafter, the extrusion-molded body is passed through a sintering oven having a condensing reflector plate and a lamp as a light source on its inner wall. In the oven, the extrusion-molded body is sintered by concentrative irradiation with photoenergy. |
