PURPOSE:To easily mount a reversing idle gear from outside a rear transmission case, by providing an opening in the side of the case and supporting the gear to close the opening. CONSTITUTION:An opening 43 is provided in the side of a rear transmission case 2. A support 44 is provided so that it can close the opening 43 outside the rear transmission case 2. A reversing idle gear 47 is rotatably fitted on a bearing on the secured shaft 45 of the support 44. The gear 47 is inserted into the case 2 through the opening 43. The mounting seat 44b of the support 44 is coincidently coupled to the case 2. As a result, the reversing idle gear 47 is engaged with a reversing gear 41 and a reversing counter gear 33. According to this constitution, a group of reversing gears are very easily assembled.
