<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the size of an apparatus and to narrow the space so much, by enabling the dispersion of a suspension having high concn. of fixed paricles and the manufacture of a finishing liquid with one apparatus. CONSTITUTION:Dispersing media 5 such as glass beads are contained in a basket 2 detained in the bottom of a vessel 1 and many small pores of the size capable of obstructing passage of the media 5 are opened on the basket 2. A stirring shaft 8 for rotation driving is provided freely rotatably for vertical direction with the basket 2 pierced in the vessel 1, a wing 10 for medium stirring is attached to the shaft 8 in the basket 2 and a wing 11 for suspension fluidizing is attached to the shaft 8 at bottom of the basket 2 and the shaft 8 is movable vertically together with the basket 2. Since the dispersion of the suspension having high concn. of solid perticles and the manufacture of the finishing liquid can be performed by one apparatus, the process can be settled with the smaller apparatus and the narrower space is satisfied.</p> |
