A contacting device for a stack of laminates of a universal motor used especially for driving an electric tool is proposed which allows automated installation. A machine connection of the terminal piece (3) for a cable (4) to the Y-terminal of a capacitor or of the plug foot (5) of a semiconductor component (6) to the stack of laminates (1) is facilitated by a cut-out (2) extending into the stack of laminates (1) and a sprung terminal piece (3, 5) fitting into this cut-out (2).
