<p>PURPOSE:To accurately position a windowpane relatively to a jig, by providing positioning marks at least at two places. CONSTITUTION:The positioning marks 11 provided on a vehicle windowpane 3 are brought to positions on optical paths of light projector-receivers 12 which are provided on the jig 1 correspondingly to the marks 11. The light projected from a light source of each of the light projector-receivers 12 is reflected by the corresponding positioning mark 11, and is then inputted into a light-receiving element of the light projector-receiver 12, whereby all of lamps 15 provided on an indicator 13 are turned on and a buzzer 16 is operated. At this moment, when the operator takes his hands off the windowpane 3, the latter 3 is accurately positioned at a normal position relative to the jig 1. Then, a robot is operated so that a nozzle 6 is moved along a weatherstrip 4 in accordance with a program, and a sealing agent C is ejected through the nozzle 6.</p> |
