The hand-lever arrangement, consisting essentially of a supporting and bearing part (1), of an espagnolette part (3) arranged axially displaceably therein and of a handle lever (2) arranged on the supporting and bearing part (1) for the actuation of the espagnolette part (3), is arranged on a fixed frame (10) or the like of a window pivotably relative to the axis of the espagnolette part (3) by means of bearing blocks (6 and 7). The pivotability about the axis of the espagnolette part (3) guarantees a simple actuation of the handle lever (2), even when the hand-lever arrangement is disposed within a corner region, for example next to a vertical part of a swing-up casement. <IMAGE>
