The invention provides a plastics pelleting machine, in which a strand of plastic extruded through a die plate of an extruder and having, for example, a circular cross-section is cooled by means of cooling water sprayed from nozzles of a cutting apparatus and at the same time is cut continuously into pellets, so that the use of an adjoining cooling water trough is rendered unnecessary. |
