<p>An arrangement (Fig. 1) in a telephone system for providing for handling of calls which have been automatically redirected to a call covering station. The covering station (Fig. 3) is equipped with one or more function buttons (307, 310, 311) each for activating a different call processing function on a covered call at the covering station. The arrangement automatically identifies an intended principal station (1001 or 1002) on a covered call and performs the necessary operations associated with an operation of one of the function buttons with respect to the principal station in question regardless of how many principal stations are covered by the covering station.</p> |
