The invention aims to guide users to take a numbered elevator which is distributed based on the standing positions of the users. The solution is a target floor registration device disposed at or near an elevator hall having a plurality of elevators. The target floor registration device comprises an input portion which guides a user to the numbered elevator with the destination floor distributed to the user as the target floor. An indication mark is displayed for directing the user to move from the standing position to the numbered elevator distributed.
