The present invention relates to a cosmetic comprising granules and a gel. A composition which is a point of the present invention is advantageous in that the granules and the gel come into contact and an active ingredient within the granules are made active, and the gel breaks down which then increases the solubility of the granules and accordingly it is possible to visually confirm that the granules and the gel are mixed. In addition, the cosmetic of the present invention has an effect of improving the skin tone to brighten it on the whole, and also improving skin elasticity and wrinkles.
