The low-temperature heating boiler is intended for liquid or gaseous fuels and consists of, arranged in a water-bearing housing, a tubular insert for receiving the combustion chamber and the smoke gas flues, behind which a smoke gas collecting chamber with smoke gas offtake pipe is arranged. An offtake duct (2) is arranged in the smoke gas collecting chamber (1). The smoke gas offtake pipe (4) opens into the upper, inner end region (3) of the offtake duct (2). The lower inflow opening (5) of the duct (2) lies in the region of the heating gas flues (6) which empty at the bottom into the smoke gas collecting chamber. The external surface of the duct (2) forms with the wall of the smoke gas collecting chamber (1) an inflow duct to the inflow opening. <IMAGE>
