PURPOSE:To provide stable flowing condition in an inclined acendept pipe as well as in a horizontal pipe and a descendent pipe when two-phase flow with gas and fluid is transferred by a pipe passage which is made up by connect ing a plurality of those three by kinds of pipe making the bore of the inclined ascendent pipe smaller than that of the horizontal pipe. CONSTITUTION:A part of a pipe passage 10 is a connection between a large diameter horizontal pipe 11 and a small diameter inclined ascendent pipe 12 via a reducer 13. A bore of the horizontal pipe 11 has such a dimension that steam and hot water may stably flow at reasonable flow speeds USG and USL, respectively which are derived from a flow map of the horizontal pipe. When the same kind of two-phase flow are transferred in the arrow direction 14, hot water flows along the inwall of the pipes 11 and 12 and steam 16 and liquid dews 17 flow inside the hot water 15, hence allowing stable transfer. |
