<p>To prepare particularly bioprosthetic heart valves which are subject to calcification after the graft, the tissue is treated before the graft is effected with a quantity of hypophosphated solution which is efficient to reduce the calcification of the tissue, the solution being selected among those containing borate, carbonate, dicarbonate, cacodylate, HEPES, MOPS and PIPES, optionally in combination with a bivalent cation competing in relation to the fixing sites of calcium selected preferably among MgCl2, MgSO4 and MgCO3.</p> |
