A composition for promoting hair growth and for improving the skin in cases of dandruff is described and contains in its preferred composition 2 g of camphor, 1 g of menthol, 0.5 g of aminoacetic acid, 0.5 g of allantoin, 5 g of melissa oil and 5 g of stinging nettle extract as active ingredients in 250 g of aqueous emulsion.
