PURPOSE:The titled spindle in which needles fixed on a part of its peripheral surface are inclined in the rotation direction at least partially and the guiding hole is bored in the radial direction before the needles, thus permitting the efficient spinning of real spun yarns of the same level of quality as the ring spun yarn. CONSTITUTION:The yarn-introducing hole 6 is bored in the radial direction of the spindle before the needles 5 in the rotation direction of the spindle 4 and the yarn outtake 7 that connects to the inlet 6 is bored on the side of the spindle. A part of the sliver hooked on the needles 5 is overlapped with a part of the yarn that has been previously hooked on the needles, introduced into the yarn inlet 6 and twisted at a rate of one twisting per one spindle rotation and taken out of the outtake 7 as a spun yarn Y. |
