PURPOSE:To easily change the strut in the proper direction in such a way that engaging and disengaging forces of an inching moving engaging mechanism for the strut and a base stand are changed, and operating force of the strut is almost stabilized regardless of the position of the blower itself. CONSTITUTION:Holes 72, 73 are formed in such a way that the holes 72, 73 which adjoins to each other with respect to the rotating center of a strut 5, may have an opening angle of 45 deg. so that stopper bodies 32, 32 are engaged in the position in which the strut 5 is turned by 45 deg. from the horizontal position clockwise and counterclockwise, and in the position further turned by 45 deg. likewise. In consequence, turning and stop of the strut 5 can be easily performed just by adding strong force in the turning direction of the strut 5. |
