The invention relates to a pressure-lubricated rolling bearing arrangement for the shaft of an enclosed electrical machine, in which the rolling bearing (3) arranged between bearing covers (5, 6) is held either directly on the bearing plate (2) or on a bearing housing (13) inserted into the bearing plate. The inner bearing cover (5) is of double-walled design for the optional use of oil mist lubrication, and the interspace (5C) between the two walls (5A, 5B) is open towards the shaft (1). The two walls are sealed off relative to the shaft. The interspace (5C) is connected to the outside air via a pressure compensation channel. The pressure compensation channel (5D, 2A, 7; 13A, 13A') is routed through to the outside either through the bearing plate (2) and the outer bearing cover (5) or exclusively through the bearing housing (13). <IMAGE>
