PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in conventional light emitting manicure that color of it turns into yellow due to time dependent change and that light emission upon ultraviolet light irradiation is naturally decolored due to time dependent change, because light emitting substance is added to solution in which membrane creating resin is dissolved in organic solvent in the product and scientific change occurs due to temperature/humidity/light within several months even under ordinary temperature storage (5°C to 35°C) and indoor environment without direct sunlight.SOLUTION: A light emitting aqueous nail top coat capable of being produced by adding light emitting substance to scallop ceramics solution provides gloss which is hyaline under visible state with sunshine or light and has wet feeling as top coat, and emits light when it is irradiated with ultraviolet ray light. Chemical change hardly occurs since it is water solution. Under ordinary temperature storage in indoor environment without no direct sunlight, yellowing or natural decolor in emitting light hardly occur within several months and little time dependent change occurs. Furthermore, it has also has bacteria elimination/antibiotic functions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
