PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently determine preferable composite image processing.SOLUTION: An image processing determination device represents composite image processing in an element array 6 having selection processing parts 61a, 61b including parameter parts 611 for showing parameters in a plurality of respective image processes, and selection parts 612 for instructing selection of one image process among the plurality of image processes. Then, a preferable composite image process for approximating an object image to a target image is acquired by a genetic algorithm. In a genetic operation, a variation in a mutation is inhibited, and setting of a crossover position in crossover is also inhibited with respect to the parameter parts 611 of an image process unselected by the selection parts 612 among the plurality of parameter parts 611 in the selection processing parts 61a, 61b of each element array 6.
