PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grid transportation roller with torque resistance, pull-out force resistance and at low cost, and a manufacturing method of the grid transportation roller.SOLUTION: A grid transportation roller includes a long shaft 1, a thin metal sleeve 2 cut so as to become the length of an electrodeposition portion, and a grid part 3 formed in the metal sleeve 2 and subjected to groove processing or projection processing.
