<p>PURPOSE:To minimize the power consumption, by applying power to a transmission circuit and a reception circuit only when a signal is transmitted from the transmission section to the reception section, when a main switch is turned off, relating to a multiplex transmitter multiplexingly transmitting signals between a driver's sheet and a car body. CONSTITUTION:A stabilizing power supply circuit 410 is a circuit supplying a regulated power supply to a transmission circuit 420, and when the main switch MS is opened and switches SW1-SW3 are opened, the power supply 410 is not activated and no power is supplied to the circuit 420. So long as no transmission signal is given from the circuit 420, a reception section 100 supplies no power to a reception circuit 130 for the saving of power energy. That is, a switch Y6 is closed by receiving data. Whether or not the data are received is discriminated by monitoring the start bit S at all times, by making the period of a monostable multivibrator ML slightly longer than the transmission period of the start bit S included in the transmission signal.</p> |
