发明名称 METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR COOLING VULCANIZED TIRE BY FLUIDIC LAYER
摘要 PURPOSE:To cool a vulcanized tire uniformly, accurately and easily by such an arrangement wherein a vulcanized tire is inflated by the pressure of fluid from inside and it is immersed in a fluidic layer wherein solid particles are fluidized and the tire is cooled from outside. CONSTITUTION:A vulcanized tire A is held by the upper and lower rings 9, 10 of a tire holding member 7 in hermetically sealed condition, and the tire is inflated by injecting pressurized air into it and the tire A is immersed in a fluidic layer 1 by the holding member 7 as it is kept inflated. The tire A is uniformly cooled from outside by the fluidic layer 1 which is cooled to a specified temperature in advance. In said fluidic layer 1, solid particles such as silica, alumina, etc. contained in a fill-up layer are fluidized by being floated or suspended by pressurized air which is supplied from the bottom of the fill-up layer through a rectifier plate 3 and an air chamber 4.
