PURPOSE:To measure the inside diameter with high accuracy by a simple constitution, by providing a means for executing a reciprocating motion of an object placing plate of an object to be measured, in the Y axis direction, and also connecting a maximum value holding circuit to a control device. CONSTITUTION:To the tips of a fixed arm 5 and a moving arm 7, contacts 6, 10 are fitted and are inserted into a hole of an object 15 to be measured. An object placing plate 22 is provided so that it can be moved up and down, and to the left and right, also the upper part from a plate-like body 23 is provided so as to be movable in the Y axis direction, by a reciprocating moving means 51 consisting of a motor 47 and an eccentric cam 48, and to a control device, a maximum value holding circuit is connected. In case of measurement, both of the contacts 6, 10 are inserted into the hole and a moving extent of the moving arm 7 is detected by a detector 8, but since this value is not always the true diameter, the plate is moved repeatedly in the Y axis direction by the moving means 51, and the maximum value of the holding circuit is displayed as a true measured value. Therefore, the inside diameter can be measured with high accuracy by a simple constitution. |
