PURPOSE:To prevent air leakage at a caulked part at the end part of a hose, by winding bias cut rubberized fabric around a core bar, starting winding and tightening of bandage from the center of the fabric, advancing the winding to both right and left ends, and thereafter performing heating and forming. CONSTITUTION:The bias cut rubberized fabric 8' is wound around the core bar 9. Then the winding and tightening are performed by the bandage 10 on the fabric 8'. At this time, the winding is started from the center A of the hose in order to remove internal stress caused by the winding irregularity and advanced to both the left and right ends, with the core bar being progressively tightened. Then the material is heated and formed, the bandage 10 is removed, the core bar is removed, and the rubber hose is obtained. In the rubber hose, which is formed in this way, the internal stress caused by the winding irregularity at one end that is effected by the other end can be corrected, twisting at the caulked part is prevented, and the air leakage owing to the cracks caused by the twist can be prevented. |
