PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device, a display device and an electronic apparatus for reducing possibility that a boundary between a first light shielding layer and a second light shielding layer is visualized.SOLUTION: An input device X1 includes: a translucent substrate 2 having a second main surface 2B and an edge face 2C adjacent to the second main surface 2B; a first light shielding layer 6 disposed on the second main surface 2B of the substrate 2 corresponding to a non-input area E2, and positioned to surround an input area E1; and a second light shielding layer 10 disposed on the second main surface 2B of the substrate 2 corresponding to the non-input area E2, and positioned to surround the input area E1, in which a part 10a is positioned at the edge face 2C side of the substrate 2 as compared with the first light shielding layer 6 in a plan view, and a residual part 10b is overlapped with an edge part 6a of the first light shielding layer 6. The edge part 6a becomes thinner in thickness according as it approaches the edge face 2C of the substrate 2. |
