<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oiling agent composition for carbon fiber precursor acrylic fibers, which can well keep a fusion-preventing property between single fibers and operation stability, and can give carbon fiber bundles capable of stably expressing excellent mechanical characteristics; to provide a carbon fiber precursor acrylic fiber bundle; to provide a method for producing the same; and to provide a carbon fiber bundle. <P>SOLUTION: The oiling agent composition for carbon fiber precursor acrylic fibers, containing a polyorganosiloxane and a polyoxyethylene chain-having nonionic surfactant, includes the contents of alkali metals and alkaline earth metals are ≤10 ppm, respectively, and the total content of magnesium, iron, chromium, nickel, zinc, copper, titanium and aluminum is ≤20 ppm. The carbon fiber precursor acrylic fiber bundle is obtained with the oiling agent composition for the carbon fiber precursor acrylic fibers. The carbon fiber bundle is obtained by calcining the carbon fiber precursor acrylic fiber bundle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
