PURPOSE:To realize efficient and complete division of operation, by applying a heat-melted bonding agent to at least either of a member to be bonded of a car body or the like and a member to be bonded of a window glass pane or the like, by making the above members to be bonded be in contact with each other, and by heating joining parts. CONSTITUTION:In the case when a sash 5 of a window glass pane 4, which is one member to be bonded, is bonded to a flange 3a of a car body 3, which is the other member to be bonded and is formed of a magnetic body, the sash 5 is coated beforehand with a heat-melted bonding agent S such as a bonding agent of polyamide, for instance, and the part of the sash whereon the bonding agent S is applied is made to be in contact with the flange 3a. Next, a magnetic-flux generator 6 is put close to the inside of the flange 3a to generate a magnetic flux G interlinking to the flange 3a. Thereby an eddy current E is generated in the flange 3a to heat the same locally, and thereby the bonding agent S is melted for bonding. Thus, the division of a coating operation and a bonding operation can be realized. |
