PURPOSE:To change the range of the service area of a base station and to improve the rate of connection as the total communication system, by providing a means for detecting and discriminating its reception input electric field and a means for detecting the information of rate of use of the base station, relating to a public car telephone system where the service areas are arranged in a honeycomb shape. CONSTITUTION:A base station 1 has radio channels a1, a2...a5, a base station 2 has radio channels of b1, b2...b5, and a base station 3 has radio channels of c1, c2...c5. Explanation is done with the case that amount of calls exceeding the specified value is concentrate on the base station 2 of the standard service area 5 and adjacent service areas 4 and 6 have rooms. A control station 12 changes the information of rate of use transmitted to a mobile station 9 into 30 through the base station 2. Since the reception is done in the channel a1 with the maximum level information, a mobile station 9 performs transmission to the base stations 1-3 in the channel a1 and it is connected to the base station 1 with the same operation as the standard. |
