PURPOSE:To make a 2-color copy by one-time exposure, by forming the first photoconductive layer consisting of a charge transfer layer and a charge generating layer, and the second photoconductive layer sensitive to a chromatic color in a part of the visible light region on a specified conductive substrate. CONSTITUTION:The first photoconductive layer 2 consisting of a 5-40mum thick charge transfer layer 21 contg. an electron donor as a main component, and a 0.03-5mum thick charge generating layer 22 contg. a charge generating substance as a main component, and having sensitivity to a chromatic light transmitted by the second photoconductive layer 4 and exhibiting electrophotographic characteristics in a state positively charged is formed on a conductive substrate made of a metal selected from pt, Au, Ag, Pd, Ni, and Cr, or having a thin layer made of it. The second photoconductive layer 4 having 5-40mum thickness and good sensitivity to a chromatic light of part of the visible light region in a state negatively charged on a 0.3-3mum thick charge controlling layer 3 formed on the layer 2 or without the layer 4 directly on the layer 2. |
