PURPOSE:To obtain a hydraulic machine in small size and light weight further with high perfoamance, by forming the total part or adapted part of a member, having the adapted part between moving members of a piston or the like and a swash plate or the like, from a ceramic material. CONSTITUTION:A swash plate 5, on which plural shoes 4 are slided, port plate 1 slided with a rotating cylinder barrel 2, pistons 3 telescopically moved along cylinder holes of the barrel 2, and the barrel 2, the shoes 4, etc. are all formed respectively by a ceramic material or only the respective sliding parts are formed as the ceramics. In this way, resistances against wear and seizure can be increased while a machine can be formed to small size and light weight. |
