PURPOSE:To prevent a difference in the XY coordinate values of the center point of a mark between values read by a scanner camera and those read by an index, by making the XY coordinate axis reference of the scanner camera coincident with that of the index. CONSTITUTION:A controller is switched to a manual read side and a manual switch is operated to move a head. At this time, the head is stopped where display at a display part for the XY movement extent of the head coincides with XY coordinate values of a circle mark. When the center of the circle mark on a screen is not aligned to the center of the index 80, screws 70, 72, 74, and 76 of a fine adjusting mechanism are rotates to make a fine adjustment of a holder 78 in a desired direction, aligning the center of the index 80 to the center of the circle mark. Consequently, a center image at a readout part on the table of a detection part coincides completely with an image of an index point on the table on the screen. Namely, the XY coordinate axis reference of an automatic coordinate read by the scanner camera coincides with that of a manual coordinate read by an ITV camera. |
